Police investigating whether water-based disease killed little boy after seven-year-old dies and 14 people are hospitalised when home is flooded

Two people, thought to be the boy's parents, are in a serious condition

15 people treated in hospital, including some police officers
Officers were called to the home in Chertsey at 3.30am by paramedics

Nearby properties were evacuated as a precaution
Police are urging anyone in the area suffering vomiting and diarrhoea to seek medical treatment

Spokesman said it is unclear what the cause of the mystery illness is but said they are investigating whether it is linked to flooding in the area
