Police have located the 16-year-old mother of a newborn boy found in a Dumpster at a southeast Houston apartment complex Tuesday morning, authorities said. The teen admitted putting the baby in the trash bin Investigators have interviewed the girl, but no charges have been filed. HoustonChronicle |
