Kelly Osbourne has shockingly confessed she was high on drugs throughout every series of 'The Osbournes'.
The outspoken star - who shot to fame on the hugely popular reality TV show with her mother Sharon, father Ozzy and brother Jack - admits she was taking a cocktail of pills and other drugs since she was a young teenager.
However, Kelly, who became heavily addicted to painkillers last year before Sharon spotted the signs and sent her to rehab', has excused her drug addiction saying it is an illness which runs in her family.
She is quoted by Britain's Sun newspaper as saying: "I'd been doing drugs since I was 13. I think drug addiction is a genetic disease - my dad's had it, so did my brother. No one would look down on us if we had cancer."
Meanwhile, Kelly has revealed how she hid her drug addiction from mum Sharon - despite the fact she was regularly throwing up blood.
The 20-year-old actress, who is currently starring in US teen drama 'Life As We Know It', claims she suffered uncontrollable bouts of violent vomiting, but managed to keep the disturbing fact from her mother.
Kelly revealed: "I didn't like cocaine or speed so opiates became my drug of choice.
The last four months before I went into rehab I was throwing up blood and trying to hide it because I didn't want my mum to know. I'd wake up covered in blood."
