I think Ben is a good singer but he has a very bland personality so this just make me dislike him less.

IMO the X factor is more about personality than singing. I would more likely want someone with a decent voice and good personality than good voice and no personality.

Both Leona and Ben are great but can't warm to either.

I thnk both Ben and Leona have amazing voices. I think comes across has having quite a low self esteem and a little bit desperate when with his talent he really doesn't need to be. There was also something I really liked about Eton Road from a personality/character/style point of view but they were definatley second best in performance. The one with the white top was flat

Shame they have gone but glad Ben was saved. It's a close one this year.

X FACTOR heartthrob Ben Mills has dumped his girlfriend.

News that Ben, 26, has called off his relationship with actress Siobhan Hewlett will delight thousands of fans of the self confessed womaniser - who left his ex-girlfriend to be with Siobhan.

Siobhan, 24, who appeared in TV shows Midsomer Murders and Canterbury Tales, has spent weeks away from Ben forging a film career in Los Angeles.

The couple had talked about having a romantic countryside wedding in February followed by a buffet for guests in their local pub in Whitstable, Kent.

But Siobhan's mum Therese, 59 - a long-time pal of Ben's X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne - told the Sunday Mirror: "Ben and Siobhan are not together. Ben is too footloose and fancy-free, while Siobhan is a real career girl.

"He has hordes of girls after him. He isn't the sort of person to get tied down and Siobhan is too busy doing her own thing.

"She is building up a really good acting career for herself. Neither had a lot of time for a relationship. They don't really speak to each other any more. It is difficult because most of the time they are in different time zones."

Siobhan's father, former actor Donald Hewlett, 84, admitted just weeks ago he would have been overjoyed to have Ben as a potential son-in-law, adding: "We all like Ben very much." And there appears to be no hard feelings between Ben and Siobhan's family.

Therese even revealed she thought Ben so sexy she wanted to date him herself. She said: "Ben's gorgeous. He's a real catch. If he hadn't dated my daughter I'd have asked him to go out with me."

The couple first fell for each other in June. His ex-girlfriend, Anna Barratt, 28, claimed the pair dated behind her back with picnics on Whitstable's beach.

Ben denies cheating on Anna and says he and Siobhan only got together after he had split up with Anna. He says winning the X Factor final on December 16 would be "everything I've ever wanted".
