Horror snap on beach persuaded Pop Idol winner to tackle her 'reverse anorexia' and lose 10 stone

MICHELLE McManus surprised many when she decided to make a fitness DVD. The Pop Idol winner had become more famous for her large figure than her singing career after triumphing on the talent show three years ago.

But after losing 10 stone in two years Michelle has decided to share her slimming regime with her fans.
