It's another slap in the face for bare-footed Diana as the music mogul had earlier hinted he would snap her up after Take That's Gary Barlow expressed an interest.
But the Lancashire lass has had the last laugh and signed to rival record company RCA for a megabucks deal.
And she's in good company - her label mate will be fellow X Factor star Eioghan Quigg.
We wonder what her on/off bloke Chris Jones thinks of that set up!
