X Factor Laura's revenge

OUSTED X Factor star Laura White is already wreaking revenge on the judges who booted her off the ITV show - by getting an internet chart number one without them.

Returning to Manchester for the first time since her shock exit from the primetime talent search, the 21-year-old singer from Atherton revealed how material she recorded before appearing on the show has become an online sensation.

Two of her self-composed tracks, Sunshine and For The Love Of It All have hit the number one and two spots on download site Memusic.

I'm with Dermot on this one. All this petitioning is ridiculous. I thought she sulked terribly when she was voted off. Ok so she was upset and it came as a shock but I don't think she was very gracious in her losing. I really don't think she's so great that a petition is warrented. I'm sure it's people with too much time on their hands wanting something to be outraged about.

I was gutted when Rhidian lost last year but you don't see me dragging it up all the time. :D

Laura - who was voted off the TV talent show two weeks ago, causing outrage and controversy among fans who insist she shouldn't have left - says the Girls Aloud star, who acted as her mentor on the ITV programme, has already expressed her desire to help Laura make it in the music industry.
