The show needs more padding than Simon Cowell’s face now there are only five singers left, so we get lots of walk and talk pieces to camera from the judges. Joe seems the favourite. But who goes?
Before that Alicia Keys sang live. She also played a piano. She was in tune with her band, who had real instruments that didn’t need a computer programme to make them work. Her backing singers sang and moved better than anything previously seen on the X Factor. We saw talent.
Then Rihanna appeared and did an impresison of Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct and did not appear to be singing live. Then
