Gary needs to realise though if a person is nice & has personality, they will have fans & there will always be people who will buy their records even if they are not the best singer in the world. Olly Murs wasn't the greatest singer either, but he can entertain & has personality & he's doing well for himself.
On the other hand Tamera is a good singer, but is not the most likeable person around which I think will go against her. It's not all about the voice as Gary says. The show is called 'The X-Factor', which I think means more than just the voice. 'The Voice' is all about the voice. I think Gary is a judge on the wrong show.
