Name row over G4

G4 could be sued by a heavy metal band who says they've stolen their name.

Geard4 says the foursome's popularity since the X Factor is ruining their image.

The group says they are widely known as G4 by fans reports The Sun.

Lead singer Glen Abel said: "The other G4 think we are just a small band and they can walk all over us, but they can't. We will fight this to the end.

"We have been made a complete laughing stock. Our tough image has been destroyed and is beginning to affects our music. G4 is part of our product name and is used on our website, merchandise, promotion and correspondence. We just want them to accept that we have the name first. They should stop using it."
