Lead singer Glen Abel said: "The other G4 think we are just a small band and they can walk all over us, but they can't. We will fight this to the end.

G4 is part of our product name and is used on our website, merchandise, promotion and correspondence. We just want them to accept that we have the name first. They should stop using it."
