SHE may not have set the Eurovision judges alight with her song Touch My Fire.
But pop chanteuse Javine Hylton is hoping for a warm reception at this year's Pop in the Park.
Javine, 23, finished in the bottom three in Saturday's Eurovision Song Contest, with just 18 points.
Now she, along with boy band Blazing Squad, have been lined up to join her Popstars: The Rivals pals, Girls Aloud, at the gig in Tilgate Park on July 1.
The acts booked are strikingly different from previous years when mature performers such as The Hollies and tribute act Bjorn Again headlined the event.
Kevin Eason, head of arts at Crawley Borough Council, said: "We are really pleased at the way the overall bill is coming together. It is really exciting to have Javine, especially with the Eurovision Song Contest. "We are hoping for the rest of the acts to be confirmed in the near future."
Javine first hit our screens in 2002 as a contestant vying for a place in the reality TV show Popstars: The Rivals.
After failing to make it into what became Girls Aloud, Javine had solo success in her own right with her first single, Real Things, and follow-up track Don't Walk Away.
Blazing Squad were formed in 2002 by ten school friends from north London. Their chart hits include the song Crossroads.
After a quiet spell, the band's profile was raised by front man Kenzie's turn on Celebrity Big Brother.
Always popular with teenage girls, 19-year-old Kenzie acquired a whole new generation of fans after he was runner up on the show.
He recently published his own autobiography and is regularly featured in the tabloids with girlfriend Jodie Marsh.
