Do any of you feel inclined to give Audley Anderson a helping hand?

It's probably best and easiest if I just quote some of what Audley himself said in his email to the FASC.

I have been busy as you may have heard with Gig’s up and down the country , getting the 1st single ready etc. Now we have a product, and the hard work starts. My main aim is to get to radio and distribution, I’ve done all the hard work so will see what feedback we get back. Maybe all the FASC guys can help by calling their radio stations or
http://www.smoothFM.com and request the song “Undress U” It may take a while as many stations put songs on their play lists via committee. A few DJ’s and exec’s sit around and vote if the track should go on the play list. With lots of support we will make it through. Try not to give up after a week though. It can take a while competing with the record labels!!
Well, next big show will Be Boys 2 Men on the 23rd. Really looking forward to meeting a set of vocalists that have inspired me over the years. I’ll try not to be too star struck, but these guys are modern day legends!!! I think I’ll substitute looking forward to for excited!!

Audley has indeed been very busy, not only getting the single ready but he has had some major gigs over the past year - UK support act for Tyrese, Ja Rule, Marques Houston to name but a few.
As he said himself, he has the product - he just needs to get it noticed!! I'm sure far more of the ex-FA'ers would have had greater success if they could have gotten the 'powers that be' to take them seriously and at least give them airplay.

So far I've managed to get a couple of stations to request the CD from Auds and both Radio London and Birch Radio are lining up interviews with him. But the more people that request the single the better. Because Audley was only in the Academy for a few days, there are many who don't even associate him with the programme in any way - and that might be a good thing, I don't know.

I hate to say it, but a few of the ex-students take whatever help and promotion they are given by our site and others like it, very much for granted, but Audley certainly does not - he is always very appreciative of what people do for him and always, always sends a thank you.
I hope some of you can help and I thank you on his behalf.
