HERE we go again...another series of X-Factor and another row breaks out between pop gurus Simon Cowell and Simon Fuller.

Fuller is trying to sue X-Factor judge Cowell, claiming the ITV1 show is a carbon copy of his brainchild Pop Idol.

Cowell told me: "Every time we announce a new show five people come out of the woodwork and say 'We had that idea'.

I've never ripped off another show in my life."
