Simon was right to back Chico the crapways have had little loyalty to Simon from the day he dared say they were not good enough to win. Theyve picked their own song for at least 3 weeks and have no relationship with him at all, unlike Journey South who were shown in their clip talking and working with Simon!

That stupid little blond one should remember theyre only in the competition thanks to Simon.

I cant help but wonder if they took critisism in the same manner as Andy (tonight) and Chico, Simon would NOT have voted them out tonight!

Sounds like last weeks show was certainly worth seeing, although are any of the remaining acts 'any good'. I am sure Chico is fun to watch, sorta, but then...do any of them have any underlying musical talent?

Chico survived another week on the X Factor as the Conway Sisters were ousted and Louis Walsh was persuaded to stay.

The Irish foursome had already survived being in the last two on the ITV talent show, but this week their time had come.

Walsh's decision to keep the Conways instead of soloist Maria caused an uproar a couple of weeks ago.

Sharon Osbourne accused the Irishman of favouring the four because of their nationality.

And there was further muttering when it became clear that Walsh and the Conways were friends.

And this week Walsh made well-publicised threats to walk out on the show after Sharon threw water in his face.

But he took his seat on the panel as usual, insisting: "I'm back with a vengeance."

The Conway Sisters narrowly lost out to livewire Chico Slimani, despite his painful rendition of Michael Jackson's Billie Jean.

X-Factor rejects the Conway Sisters took a swipe at their mentor Simon Cowell today after his vote booted them off last night’s show.

Cowell decided their rendition of Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now was not good enough to seal their place for another week.

The famously nasty judge used his vote to keep livewire Chico on the ITV show during the Saturday night finale.

Marie Conway, 22, told a news conference today that it was “plain to be seen” that Simon had not provided them with as much support as he could have.

“He didn’t really know what to do with us as a band.

“He was completely lost.

“It was a relief to him that we decided to choose our own songs.”

But she added: “Obviously, we’re a bit upset, but we felt it was our week to go.

“We’ve been in the bottom two for the past few weeks and we weren’t getting a huge amount of support from our mentor.

However Sinead, 23, insisted there were no hard feelings and said the girls still had a lot of respect for Cowell.

“He said after the show: ’Girls, we’ll speak next week and I do have some plans for you’.”

The foursome, including Sharon and Laura, said they felt they were not “mainstream” enough for the pop-based programme.

They said they were keen to be taken seriously as musicians and intended to release material they had written themselves in the future.

Marie said they would like Brenda to win the competition because she was a woman as well as being talented.

“The finals always come down to being males.”

However, Laura, 18, said they also wanted Chico, who is mentored by Sharon Osborne, to be successful.

“The show would not be the same without Chico. He’s such an entertainer.”

Conway Sisters on this morning,,, flip are they living in la la land. they kepr going on and on about how now they have had exposure they can go on and sell their own music.... we have so much ambition as a band and we have worked so hard to get here blah blah ,,,,, someone needs to slap them and say girls your going home to old jobs no record company would touch you, youve havd your 15 mins ,,, sorry but bye bye
