Roger Daltrey Slams X Factor
THE WHO frontman ROGER DALTREY has launched a scathing attack on UK TV talent show THE X FACTOR, because the contestants are "stupid".
The MY GENERATION star detests the SIMON COWELL and SHARON OSBOURNE-fronted show, and believes the wannabe pop stars value fame and fortune above making music.
He rants, "People are stupid. They're not artists. You have to go into this industry because you have talent,not because you want to sell records and make money.
"Watching those shows is like watching the Victorians watching the lunatics in the looney bin. It's sad."
OSBOURNE WANTS KELLY TO MARRY ROYALTY
Meanwhile X Factor judge SHARON OSBOURNE has high hopes for her daughter KELLY - she wants her to seduce and marry one of the British bachelor royals PRINCE WILLIAM or PRINCE HARRY.
The wife/manager of hellraising rocker OZZY OSBOURNE is convinced Kelly would whip the heirs into shape - and revolutionise the British monarchy at the same time.
She says, "I would love to see Kelly slapping those boys around. Oh my God, would she. They would be no curtseying from her - she'd give them all a bollocking.
"She could save the monarchy."
"I'd love the wedding - she'd have a bright red wedding dress."
