Chico Time put on hold X Factor's Chico Slimani has been banned from releasing It's Chico Time as a Christmas song. Chico, who was voted out on Saturday, has to allow the winner of the show to release their single first. The winner of the show will be revealed on December 17 and their CD rushed into the shops for December 21. According to The Sun Chico said: "It would be nice to strike while the iron's hot, but it doesn't matter if it's January. Everyone knows it's Chico time." All the remaining contestants have recorded a version of the winner's song, called That's My Goal. Shayne, Brenda, Andy and Journey South remain in the competition. Ananova |

God is better than sex X Factor chipmunk Chico has confessed he was once hooked on booze-fuelled romps with up to 15 women at a time and drank at least a bottle of whisky every day. But all that has changed for the ex-stripper now. Want to know how Chico managed to quit? He drove his car off a 60ft cliff in South Africa – by accident – and then found God. I now know I used sex and drink to feed my ego.” But after the accident, everything changed. “I didn’t find God, God found me and showed me the path I should be taking,” he said. “To be at one with God is the most beautiful thing you can do. It is much better than sex, it is not even comparable.
