X Factor - Chico Deal X Factor's Chico Slimani has won himself his own TV show and a £100,000 record deal, ITV said today. He has been signed by Simon Cowell, who had once branded the ex stripper as "a joke". Chico Time is being planned for release the day before Valentines Day. Ananova X Factor contestant Chico Slimani has signed a record deal with Sony BMG. The ex-goatherd and stripper will release his debut single It's Chico Time next month. According to BBC online Chico said: "The whole thing has been unbelievable. I'm absolutely loving every minute of it, and looking forward to releasing the single at last." Chico will also take part in a nationwide X Factor tour, which begins in Newcastle next month. |
