29 January 2006 People Debbie Manley & Alice Walker X FACTOR winner SHAYNE WARD has bought his mum a new house after signing a megabucks songwriting deal. Mother-of-seven Philo-mena, 48, who lives in a three-bed 1950s council house in Clayton, one of the most deprived areas of Manchester, didn't want to move too far from her friends and family. So Shayne, 21, bought her new place in nearby Droylsden. She'll move in the next few weeks. |
