American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson has crossed the pond to bring her own brand of rock to the UK.
Kelly is in Britain to promote her new single Walk Away and complete her latest set of tour dates.
Fresh from her double win at the Grammys last month where she won Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for 'Since U Been Gone and Best Pop Vocal Album for Breakaway, Kelly hopes British fans give her a warm welcome.
Walk Away is the fifth single from her second album Breakaway which has sold over five million copies worldwide.
She said: "The success of the album has just been ridiculous, I don't know how I'm ever gonna go out with an album like this, but it's been a really crazy year for me.
"But 2005 was definitely the best and worst year for me, I had a lot of downs as well. But I think that is what you have to experience. You have to experience the downs to get those highs, so i'm totally willing to do that."
Kelly Clarkson was the first American Idol winner and has gone on to be the most successful so far, watched by over 28 million people when she won the 2002 competition, singing 'A Moment Like This.
Signed to RCA Records, she was initially marketed as a pop musician with her commercially successful debut album Thankful.
Kelly took more creative control over her music and developed a more rock-oriented image for the release of her second album Breakaway which yielded the highest sales of her career and became her second platinum album in several countries.
