EXCLUSIVE He wants same £1.5M deal as Sharon


X FACTOR judge Louis Walsh is refusing to take part in this year's show unless he's paid as much as Sharon Osbourne.

The music mogul wants the same whopping £1.5 million deal as fellow. judge Sharon.
