JOURNEY SOUTH have revealed their disappointment at having to pull the plug on their first full Scottish show.
The band were due to play Glasgow's Jumpin Jaks on Friday night, but were forced to cancel due to overwhelming commitments.
The boys admitted they were frustrated at becoming victims of their own success.
Andy Pemberton said: "We were both really looking forward to joining in the huge party at Jumpin Jaks. We've played a few of Jaks already and were amazed at the excellent atmosphere.
"We couldn't think of a better equipped venue for our debut Scottish performance.
"We just hope our fans understand that we tried everything we could to make it up to Glasgow but our radio and television commitments change daily."
His brother Carl added: "Our diary is just choc-a-bloc at the moment."
