LEONA HIT BY BUG X-FACTOR favourite Leona Lewis has been struck down with tonsillitis and it's 50/50 if she'll be well enough for tomorrow's show. The 21-year-old Londoner - the only girl left - is said to be devastated. A show insider said she hasn't been able to sing all week and fears it will hit her chances of winning.
