X FACTOR THROWS OUT JUNK
X FACTOR contestants have been banned from eating junk food and takeaways after piling on the pounds and getting sick.
Now they will get freshly-made healthy food delivered instead.
Show bosses called in a nutritionist who devised a healthy eating plan.
An insider said: "As of next week takeaways and fast food are banned.
"They will be replaced with daily fruit and veg. They need to watch their health and their weight."
The talent show hopefuls have been living on curries, pizzas and burgers instead of cooking.
Ray Quinn - nicknamed Takeaway Ray - has been going to the gym to try and lose a few pounds.
And the wannabees, all bunked up in a shared house, haven't been getting their vitamins and have come down with coughs and colds.
Now Leona has tonsillitis and Brian from the Macdonald Brothers has bronchitis.
Calum Best has asked for a ticket to the show and a date with Leona. A source said: "We hope she resists his charms."
