X Factor star Chico Slimani has lifted the lid on his ex's agonising battle with anorexia in a new song.
He blasts the obsession for stick-thin models in Curvy Cola Bottle Body, singing: "Size zero's got to go" and "Size zero is out the door".
Chico told The People: "I had a girlfriend who suffered from anorexia and it was heartbreaking.
"She went from being healthy and enjoying meals out with me to a girl of skin and bones. She was living off just mint tea and a slice of tomato each day.
