According to new reports, Al Fayed has stepped in to offer her Bell best medical treatment money can buy, flying his own doctor over to see her.
Bell has struggled to find a new kidney because of her rare blood group.
With the Harrods boss's help, the X-Factor champ's mum will be able to have a home machine installed to spare her weekly trips to a hospital, reports the Daily Mirror.
Al Fayed reportedly told 19-year-old Burke: 'I'm going to get my doctors to fly over and see her.
