It seems pop sensation LEONA LEWIS's electrician boyfriend LOU AL-CHAMAA is not just a dab at rewiring, he can also unearth music talent.

We hear SIMON COWELL is so impressed with likeable Lou's ear for music, he has hired him as an A&R talent scout at his record company Syco.
