He's already been instrumental in making her an even huger star over here, and now Simon Cowell is determined to help Cheryl Cole crack America – even hiring special lawyers to help her. The X Factor supremo is reported to be doing everything in his power to sort out a working visa for the Geordie Girls Aloud star, as he believes she would be a huge hit over in the States.
