A boyband singer who appeared on The X Factor was jailed yesterday for an armed robbery at a KFC restaurant. Christian Brandt, 27, threatened to plunge a worker's hand into the deep fat fryer. His twin Emile fired a shot into the air, battered a petrified employee with the gun and forced him to empty the tills in Slough, Berks. Christian, singer with 4thba5e on the talent show in 2006, admitted robbery and was jailed for six-and-a-half years by Reading crown court. His brother, who did not co-operate with police, was jailed for eight years. Mirror |
