Its so retro it reminds me of the Banna Splits or the Monkeys

Yes I do remember them, but I can't really remember at what stage they got knocked out. I can't say I was really a big fan of theirs, but they were quite good I suppose.

2006 they made it to the studio but Im not sure how many times they appeared before they where booted.

2006! I am surprised I remembered them from that long ago. They were certainly different. If I remember rightly, I believe that Simon wasn't a big fan of theirs, but then I may have got that wrong.
