Favourites get the boot from X Factor Producers are promising some shock exits from this year's X Factor line-up when footage of the show's boot camp is broadcast. Viewers will see the hopefuls being divided into groups of three and given 24 hours to prepare what the judges tell them must be the performance of a lifetime. The 200,000-plus applicants have already been whittled down to 200 wannabes, with just 24 acts remaining by the end of the second show. ITN |

Other forums are moaning about the recycled wanabies and questioning if the talent trawl has run out of fodder ... I just think the real talent is staying away in droves as they realise like any sane person this show is now all about the judges and not the singers. If one of them lucks into a few grand at the end of it theyve more than paid for it with thier soul. |
