Sir Philip Green might be very rich, but it doesn't look like he's the most sparkling conversationalist - this was the state of Simon Cowell just seconds after he said goodbye to the Topshop top dog after their boys' night out. Well, we say "boys", we actually mean "middle-aged men" obviously.

The two men spent last night talking business (definitely), comparing bank balances (probably) and gossiping about The X Factor (almost certainly) at some swanky restaurant or other, and it was all a bit much for Simon, as he zonked out within seconds of getting into his car.
We're just sad that the photographer didn't capture any drool.
