CHERYL Cole will be making her festival debut as a soloist at this summer’s V Festival in Staffordshire, it has been announced.

The 26-year-old pop princess has signed up to perform at the V Festival after her split with husband Ashley and will be headlining along with indie stars Kings Of Leon and Kasabian.

It comes two years after she appeared with fellow bandmates Girls Aloud at both Hylands Park in Chelmsford and our own Weston Park in Staffordshire.
