X Factor Mansion For Sale
The mansion which housed the 2009 X Factor finalists has undergone a makeover and is set to go on sale.
The luxury property in north London would be perfect for anyone with £5 million to spare.
According to reports, the property had to undergo "an industrial cleaning programme" to get it ready for the market.
The house and its surroundings became a magnet for hordes of screaming fans during last year's live finals. Simon Cowell had a wall erected to give some privacy to John and Edward Grimes, Olly Murs, Joe McElderry, Stacey Solomon and the other finalists.
Estate agent Robert Kramer told a newspaper that the mansion had to be "redecorated from top to bottom".
A spokesperson for Quintessentially Estates said: "The music room where contestants had daily vocal lessons is now a children's play area, and their dressing room is now a study.
"It is now in perfect condition." waveguide.co.uk
