Sarah Ferguson and her two daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were in Newcastle on Wednesday to open a new ward to help young cancer patients.

And alongside the Princesses at the unveiling of The Great North Children's Hospital unit was X Factor winner Joe McElderry.
