Cheryl Cole has admitted that she feels she is playing catch-up after missing some of the earlier stages of The X Factor.The Girls Aloud singer missed the Boot Camp process as she was recovering from malaria.
The 27-year-old has been given the girls to mentor in this year's competition.
One of the contestants, Gamu Nhengu, told The Sun: "Cheryl said she was really nervous. She said the judge's houses are the most important part."
This year, Cheryl is joined by Black Eyed Peas star Will.I.am to help her choose which acts will go through to the next stage.
