This story from the Sun is utter rubbish .... no pun intended. I have friends that live in that Borough. It's a £50 fine for dumping rubbish which would not be applied on the first occasion for any resident, and certainly not for new residents. My guess is that that the photographer was just hanging around outside the flat, took the photo & then a story was invented. |
