Why dancing without a sports bra puts female contestants at risk

What goes up must come down. Especially when a curvaceous woman like Lisa Snowdon does the jive as enthusiastically as she did on Strictly Come Dancing.

Which is why experts believe she could have done with more than just her glittery costume as she jiggled across the dance floor on Saturday night.
