NEARLY half of Britain’s tellies were tuned into last night’s Strictly Come Dancing finale.

The Beeb aired their flagship night of glamour across two shows – and BOTH broadcasts topped 11m viewers.
An early evening programme saw the final trio dazzle judges with their foxtrot and rumba routines.
That drew a whopping 11.7m viewers – a figure that was trumped by the late results show.
Over 12m people tuned in to watch Tom Chambers’ coronation as ballroom king – a staggering 49.6% of last night’s telly audience.
A public vote saw Chambers pip pop beauty Rachel Stevens to the dancing crown.
