Strictly winner Tom Chambers recovered from his stunning win on Saturday night to make someone else's dreams come true. After fulfilling his dream to learn to dance, the Holby City actor made an appearance on the West End stage alongside 16-year-old Chelsie Jones who suffers from the life threatening condition Cystic fibrosis. Chelsie's wish of a lifetime to dance on the west end stage, was granted by charity Starlight Children's Foundation which fulfills the wishes of terminally and seriously ill children. DailyMail |
