STRICTLY Come Dancing favourite John Sergeant is to waltz his way round Britain after signing up for an ITV travel show.

The journalist will tour the country in John Sergeant’s Tourist Trail, showing Britain’s best-kept secrets.

The idea is for John to experience Britain as a tourist.

But instead of the usual guidebook haunts he will visit more obscure sights and take a look at Britain’s quirks, such as local dialects and phrases.
