Strictly Come Dancing has been a ratings hit since the first series began in 2004 and now BBC One's glitzy ballroom dancing competition is set to be honoured with a BAFTA in April.

The award recognises the hard work of the production team and will celebrate the show's 'outstanding creative and technical achievements' over the past decade.
