I did the same Jet Boat experience as Ben Sheppard in Queenstown and saw his photo on the "wall of fame" there, if that counts... lol

Not exactly a claim to fame yet as I haven't spotted him, but.....

JOHNNY DEPP has definitely bought a £3 million country house about three miles away from where I live. He's moved in with Vanessa Paradis and the kids (I have it on good authority: the vicar told me, it must be true!).

Apparently he's already been spotted in the local branch of Argos buying saucepans ::lol::

I'm hoping he will decide to do his shopping at our local farm shop @^@ - or Tescos.

Here's a bit of a convoluted claim to fame...but I was impressed.

Saw a friend today who recently went on holiday to Lindisfarne, where she met Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, who were doing some filming for the British leg of their new TV bike tour called Long Way Down.

Got pics and autographs and everything @^@

Neither in fact no one from X factor it's just junior doesn't always keep up and seemed to think it was. It was funny at the time. Especially when he asked if I was going to marry him and have a baby :eek: If it was Simon Cowel's the baby would have to wear a nappy up to his armpits. :D

He didn't say Christine. I was just talking to someone on the phone and he said '' that bloke from X factor that you were talking to on the phone, are you going to marry him and have a baby?'' :-?

Come to think of it Danielle from XF is rather gorgeous maybe he meant him ;)

Had a drink with Sam Kane this week - was at a show starring Sheila Ferguson (Three Degrees), Rula Lenska and Marti Webb (who was our Fairy Daffodil in panto at his Majesty's Theatre in Aberdeen). Marti invited me through to Edinburgh to see the show - Hot Flush - which was very funny. Sam plays all the male roles in the show and he was very funny.

I saw Tom Conti in Bath today. He was wearing a green waxed jacket and talking to a woman with dark hair.
