TELLY comic Russell Brand has told how his father hired a prostitute for him when he was 16 - while his dad had sex with another TWO hookers in the same hotel room.

Brand, now 31, had only had sex once before when his father, an Essex market trader, took him to Thailand for a holiday and hired THREE prostitutes.

Brand (left) said: "My dad is there in the room with two. The one I was with, a little Filipina girl, I was all in love with.

"I had timid, awkward sex, then she said, 'I must go now because if I no go, I fall in love'. My dad shouted from the next bed, 'Oh, f*****g hell, I'm gonna be sick'.

"Flying back from Bangkok, I remember him saying, 'I went away wiv a boy but I'm coming back wiv a man'." People

Russell told this to Robert Crampton, who interviewed him for the Times Magazine.

I read it this evening, and found it very moving.

'The People' obviously highlighted the salacious details...and made sure their readers were fully informed of the facts (highlighting TWO and THREE etc).

But if anyone reads the whole interview, they might get a better understanding of a young boy who hurt a great deal.

However Russell, as always, is very honest about his own shortcomings. He says in the article 'I'm trying to be a good person, to be aware of the things that are bad about me'.
