Brits aspire to a life balance like Big Brother presenter Davina McCall's but the majority of us are more like workaholic X Factor supremo Simon Cowell, according to a new survey.

Sassy mum-of-three Davina has a perfect life balance, according to a new formula worked out by scientists to rank people's ability to cope with work and family stress.

Davina, 39, is described as an 'adeptor' - her calm temperament and good nature means she is organised and can switch off from stress.
