Until my late 20s I was clubbing four nights a week, dancing for four hours non-stop. That kept me fit but, as I got older,something happened to my body. It started disintegrating before my very eyes and I got my first bit of cellulite.

But because I didn’t want to go out clubbing every night any more, I decided I had to start going to the gym
