Howdy Another refugee from DSpy I'm afraid. Thanks to MrBlonde for directing me here, I couldn't bring myself to register there, some of them are really harsh. Anyway this one looks rather friendlier so here I am! Oh um soz MrB re plagiarising your name, I couldn't think of anything so I nicked your idea

 well hello Mr Orange great to see you here - have been reading the threads and seems much more friendly than the other place - should be good for the next BB we will have to get some of the others to join too!!!

Thanks everybody. I intend to be here for BB9, the next month and a half or so is going to fly by. I take it the forum gets quite busy once things get underway? |

It depends really on how many members come back this year (some may have lost interest in BB) (also we have changed the look of the site since they were last here, so I hope they don't think they have come to the wrong place!). The main thing is that we try to have fun. All members give valuable input, but to mention just a few, we have John who gives us lengthy live updates, Finchy organises an Eviction Prediction Game each week and gives us the poll results from other sites, and alanlapin, along with others, makes us laugh and does some very good picture captions. The most ever people online at once was during BB4 when there was a bomb scare and both the main site and DS went down due to too many people accessing them. We were the only site to keep up under the pressure (although there were a few problems experienced I think) and we worked hard to keep people up to date with the news. Here's looking forward to BB9. Hope it's a good one. |

Oh, I remember the bomb scare night, and trying to add information here as we got it, took anything up to 20 mins to appear! As stated, DS and many other sites went down under the pressure - BBFans was the only site to get any info at all for quite some time, even if it was at snails pace. Anyway, BB9 is here, no such scares as yet - despite getting an eyeful of female rear-end as I watch the house 'live' on C4 I have to comment on MrOrange and MrBlonde - I used to DJ in nightclubs and the code-words for the bouncers were all Mr something, MrRed meant we wanted them all to the dance area, MrBlack was to the bar and so on - made me smile. You'll get to see who the regular posters are, and we must like it here as we keep coming back. |
