Definitely NO.

Very harsh and vindictive. She hasn't even broken any rules!

She didn't nominate, so how can she be talking about her nominations!!

It was obvious to everyone neither Sleazer or Imogen were in the DR long enough to nominate.

She deserved the ban the first time, but this second one is completely uncalled for.

She didn't deserve it first time either, unless you ban all of them.

Who are the 2 that voted yes? I'd love to hear the reasoning behind it...

I have voted the middle one. Yes, but loads of others should have been banned before aswell.
let's remember though that she wasn't banned for saying she didn't nominate, it was for saying ''I wasn't gonna nominate you anyway''. There is a difference.
If it had been for telling people she didn't nominate then both her and Sezer would have been called in and banned again for going to straight to Grace and Mikey and telling them straight after the nominations took place.

I am suprised that 'yes' has 5 votes!

But since no one who voted that way has posted I can only guess it's people who hate her choosing yes just because they enjoy seeing her punished/treated unfairly...not people who actually believe it was fair and right?

BB has rights to be unfair - eventhought that I haven't learnt to like Imogens way to act in the House yet. Other HMs should have been banned with her.

Endemol might have really cocked up here - because Sezer wouldn't have been up for eviction if he & Imogen had been allowed to vote.

Anyway, it's all a bit hypocritical of Endemol to invoke this rule on Imogen when they have let many people off over the years.

The middle one. Whenever a HM talks about who they have/may/didn't nominate they leave themselves open to punishment. However, considering the amount of nomination talk that has been let go in previous series that has been much much worse, it is unfair in that respect. Won't lose any sleep over it though.

Maybe, maybe not it all depends if both of them would have voted for Lea as Richard was already up no matter what they would have voted.
