I have to admit, Nicole was very good, despite the fact that I hate her. But still, if Mo had been Michael Jackson, it would have looked even more amazing! When I didn't see why Mikey should win before, I definitely see it now this week, the things he's saying to Nicole and Rex are just priceless! He doesn't give a ****! HAHAHAHAHA! I really like him for that now, and just for pissing Rex off he deserves a medal. Just for Rex to have something said to him is brilliant, since nobody ever seems to tick him off properly, that is just great. I honestly don't understand how anybody could like him, it's so clear he's such a selfish *******, AHHH I hate him!

I like Rex because he's such a wind-up merchant. Once Nicole goes tonight, he'll be right back on form and the various dullards and makeweights hoping to cruise to the final better look out.

I thought they did brilliantly in the task (Kat aside - she was awful and just wobbled about doing a version of her "happy how" dance), and yes, Nicole was good but so was Rachel. She was one of the few who actually got the moves right.

LOVED Mo telling Darnell where to shove his constant over-analysis of every belch and fart by his fellow HMs. I wish he'd shown more balls earlier in the show, I might actually have grown to like him by now. I reckon the bogey-eating has sealed his fate and he'll be out soon.

Lisa is my other favourite HM at the moment, in second place behind Rex. She is terrific, as batty as a belfry full of bats! "I've got a hidden talent for being a zombie!"
