Quite a few of the housemates were on T4 this morning.
After the final show was repeated the presenters asked if Rachel was the rightful winner.
Luke went off on one again saying if he'd eaten chickpeas for 13 weeks, he would would have won.
Stuart, whose only tactic to viewers was emotional blackmail regarding his daughter also said Rachel shouldn't have won.

Maysoon stuck up for Rachel, saying you don't have to be a loon spouting rubbish to win.

Luke is SUCH a bitch!

Luke hasn't changed since he left the house, has he? Just this second, he's been having a nice sly (or not so sly) dig at winner Rachel on live TV. Nice. "You had a game plan, and it's obviously worked because you're £100,000 richer, so well done," he just sneered when asked about Rachel. Poor Rachel just sat there open-mouthed and trying to look like she wasn't bothered... but then, she's just won £100,000, so maybe she's not. Either way we think Luke should just leave it now, don't you?

Well, relationship or not, Jennifer & Dale made a lot of money with The Daily Star Group.
Jennifer got what I always said she wanted - a front cover on OK!.

"It's literally as close as can be" says Davina. Heard that one before, then someone leaves with 60%.

It must have been really close between all 5 of them, because when there were 5, the average would be 20%, but Darnell got 15%, so they must have all been very close. Likewise, when there were 4, the average would be 25% and Rex got 22.9% I think, so again they must have been very close. When there were 3, the average would be 33.3% and Sara got 30%, so there couldn't have been that much between any of them.

Yes exactly, it sends out the wrong impression to future auditionees. It is saying that you have to really act up at the auditions, make yourself look sexy and lively and tell them that you are a bitch and that you talk non stop, so that they pick you and then when in the house, you bite your tongue so as not to voice any opinions and try to keep in the background as much as possible, just being nice to everybody.

I mean at the auditions, she said 'yes I know I am a bitch'. Well, I never saw her being bitchy, so either she was trying hard not to be, or she was lying at the auditions to get in. No wonder C4 didn't want her to win!

If future applicants do that and get chosen, we shall be watching a very boring Big Brother. I can't imagine anything worse than watching a house full of Rachels.

I was very disappointed with that result. I thought that BB9 was one of the best series so far and was only spoilt by having one of the most boring winners ever.

I think that because the bookies had Mikey as favourite, people didn't bother voting for him when there were just the 2 of them left, but I reckon the Rachel supporters were voting like mad, because Davina said when the show started, they were neck and neck, but then more votes started to come in for Rachel during the show.

I voted for Mikey when there were just the 2 of them left and got through easily. I thought then, that was a bad sign for him, because it seemed that nobody else was voting for him. Usually if lots of people are voting, you have to try several times to get through and that is an indication as to how things are going.

I didn't see that. What did she say?

She said there had been some talk amongst the housemates about splitting the money, and would Rachel do that. Rachel looked a bit thrown by the question (and who wouldn't?!), and to be fair, Rex was one of the people, shaking his head, and telling her 'no'. Eventually, Rachel said she was going to donate 10K to charity.

It was a disgraceful moment on BBBM. I'm very disappointed in Davina. It wasn't even good television - far far from it.

I believe the wonderful programme is repeated on E4 tonight at 23.05.

Possibly. Possibly it gives ordinary decent people the impression that they might actually just have a chance on Big Brother - that it's not all about people like Charley and Chanelle. (I'm just using those two examples, as they were possibly the most infamous HMs last year).

I'm being selfish, in taking delight at Rachel's win. Because it has gone some way in helping me point out to all my acquaintances who DON'T watch BB (which would be the vast vast majority of people I know!) that actually, Big Brother isn't all about being notorious, and doing anything for attention. BB Celebrity Hijack was a breath of fresh air, but I doubt it'd be popular, even if it was on C4, if it ran for three months.

To be absolutely honest, I couldn't care if there was never another BB as we know it. I'd prefer much shorter series, if anything. How many of us have said 'oh I'm glad it's coming to an end'? Yet we watched - for me it felt like a chore at times, but as I've said before, I continued watching because I was intrigued by the Rex/Rachel/Mikey scenario - waiting to see Rex get his comeuppance, and glad when Mikey would stand up to Rex.

I had a lot less interest in BB8, or BB7. And I'm thinking that it'd be quite nice for me to finish my commitment to watching BB on a high, at the end of this year's show. If they changed the format, if I knew someone who was in the show, that'd be different, but otherwise, it might be time to move on.

And if there weren't forums, I wouldn't have watched BB after BB5. I mean, the actual show isn't great, now, is it?

I'm left with happy memories of BB9, and I'm grateful for that.

At least , Sara who came 3rd, won £25,000 and will probably earn money doing photo shoots, Rex will probably earn money with some TV show and Darnell may get some music contracts, Rachel has now got £100,000 plus will probably get some money doing photo shoots (she was runner up in Miss Wales after all) and may even get an acting role as she has been on TV before, but what will poor Mikey get? I think it would have been fairer if Mikey had won the money. You never know in years time, there may be an operation that he could pay for to get his sight back, but he can't if he hasn't got any money.

I usually enjoy seeing the winner come out of the house and the fireworks, but it all seemed to fall flat this year. Rachel didn't seem to show any personality. She lacked any sparkle I thought.

I thought it would have been better if Mikey had won for the same reason Christine, but we have to rememebr Mikey did also talk about Rachel behind her back when he was with Mario and Luke.
I thiught Rachel was the only normal person in a house full of loons and she remained sane and sweet even tho they tried their best to break her.

I was finding it amusing watching Davina back tracking about how she interviewed Rachel. Claiming she was shocked at her winning and thus flustered, laughable really as Mikey has always been the bottom of any likeability poll and Rachel for weeks a bookies favourite. But then when you don’t like someone, people will say anything to excuse their behaviour.

I wanted Rachel to win, but like Rachel herself I wouldn’t of smarted if Mikey had. But I have to comment, would Mikey of got such a high percentage of votes if he had remained in the company of Luke and vile ones at the end? I would say not, back then he was a massive back stabbing bitch even about Rachel if memory serves, indeed Chickpea which Mikey used so often actually was Mario’s derogatory name for Rachel, not a pet one.

Anyway, I for once predicted the eviction order right. TBH having spent hours on other forums it was obvious that the viewing publics opinion would outway the batting power of obsessive forum fans of certain Hms who even thou where voting over fifty times lets say for Rex to win, where very much the minority.

Darnel. Did you know he not only snogged a married member of the BBBM audience during a break he also hooked up with his girlfriend afterward. So what the hell was all his moaning and bitching about women all about? And did Darnel ever really say sorry in words for how he treated Sara that time. No he was always unrepentant with his acts to the face of those he perpetrated them on. I’m glad he came last on the night, he was personally responsible for making the late night live streaming a misery to watch with his self involved incessant moaning.

Rex. Wasn’t it great to see him thrown out straight after his buddy? Mind you nothing will ever shake the smugness from Rex, he will always give a spin to any situation to make him sound right, justified and in control. I know whole forums of posters have been banging on about what a great HM he was and how entertaining, but I will never buy that, maybe that’s because I’m the wrong gender and not into bad boys. Rex only ever did things to suit and entertain himself and mugged off the Hms at every turn even those he declared where his mates. Actually being a mate of Rex isn’t a great bag, in Mos case he was insulted and belittled in front of people on a daily basis. The problem with Rex is that there is only a endless list of faults to his character and no positive ones which is why he lost..

Sara. Well I thought she had screwed up when she forgave her bullies without them even needing to apologise to her. Indeed Rex did the opposite and blamed her for the issue which was incredible and yet she made no issue of it and then astonishingly went back to being Darnels playmate. Sara isn’t a bad egg but she can be twisty with the truth as witnessed in past events with Darnel, but I would say she was a well deserved third place given the company she was in that week. Thou I no more expect her to date Darnel than to land a role in Neighbours.

Mikey. At the beginning of the show Mikey had zero chance of winning. The viewing public being disgusted with his eating habits ,the peanut butter for example. The ritual humiliation Darnel put him through over his Pee Cup, his cross dressing and worst of all his sexually explicit stand up routine. He then didn’t help his cause when he took up his position as Mario and Lisa’s third wheel, believing all the bitching they and then Luke fed him. But then that was the past, left really only with Rachel he became that guy who stood up to the control freak that was Rex and his princess making us notice him again. For me that was when he went from being last place to in the lead. In the end I’m glad Mikey didn’t win because I would say that without Rachel he wouldn’t even of made third place.

Rachel. Not sure you can describe it as a deserved win. More a correct organic one, where the sum of her actions over the play of the show led her to that position. I’m more than sure that if Rex or Darnel had actually had any redeeming nice qualities and shown them they would of pipped her to the post easily but then they didn’t have any did they. Nice qualities Rachel has in bags thou, she was a normal girl picked by the mind meddlers that are BB to play a certain role in the house which she did to a T. Like Mo brought out the nasty sides to Alex Sylvia Dale Stu. Rachel showed how Rex treated women which was born out more strongly when Nicole came in. Rachel can only be admired for her armour platted hide an asset she’s still needing now even thou she won.

Davina. She set the bar for her presenting very low this year, yet still managed to limbo under it week after week. But as for her treatment of Rachel on BBBM it was appalling, asking her would she share the money caused Rachel to have to now donate 10 grand to charity as she searched for a way out of the catch 22 question. If was almost like Davina had Mikey to win in the office sweepstake and was severally nift to of lost. Mind you I was expecting just that reaction to Rachel’s win, she had made it patently clear she didn’t like her before hand and every time Rachel’s name was mentioned in a good light on BBLB gruff burly men could be heard foully booing in the back ground. George Lamb would question why on earth that guest would like Rachel, as if they had just said something offensive. It was actually part of my enjoyment that the winner wasn’t the one they (endemol, producers) wanted and helped every step of the golden way ( Rex ). (If Davina had of been a HM this year she would have been in the whisper club).
